The lady could only speak in chinese so I just recorded it.

I translated the things that she said :

In the past, the shop here ( AMk central ) are more traditional and there are no linkways from the bus interchange to the MRT station. When it's raining, it is very troublesome to come here ( AMK central ) and therefore kids don't like to come here. Now, there's a newly built AMK hub and there are bus interchange, taxi stands and link ways to the MRT station. Not only that, there is a food court, cinema, supermarket, cafeteria, fashionable clothe shops and many more. There are all sorts of things here! This is a place where my family and I come everyweekend and I am really satisfied with AMK hub!
